Working principle: In the traditional falling film evaporator, the liquid is not uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the tube, resulting in dry wall and other problems, a liquid redistribution element with a special structure is installed in the falling film tube, so that the liquid can be evenly distributed along the entire length of the falling film tube. The inner wall of the tube flows, which significantly increases the evaporation rate and eliminates the phenomenon of dry wall and material coking.
