Introduction:This model is an efficient vacuum filter unit that can be running continually. There are certain independent fan-shaped filtration plates placed on the ring-like inside and outside frame which was laid horizontally. The filter board, filter mesh, and filter cloth are on top of the plates’s filter chamber. The filter chamber has the discharge pipe inside, which can be connected with the distribution head located in the center of the internal frame. Raw material that needs to filter joins continually by the loading hopper upside. After filtration, the filtrates leave the discharge pipe, and flow through the distribution head to the liquid-vapor separator. When the filter cakes are washed and blotted up for many times, the plates dump and discharge. After discharging, the filtering surface regenerates itself by washing, and the filtering plates are restored. Then it goes to the next operation cycle. After horizontal slewing a round, the filter completes the basic technological process of charging—(back flushing)—filtering—washing—blotting up—discharging etc. Meanwhile, the rpm of the filter can be adjusted to satisfy different needs for technological operations.

So far, the company has manufactured various kinds of products for about 200 sets, whose filter area ranges from 10㎡ to 120㎡. According to practical application, the products have reached to foreign advanced level and appraised by the users. Especially, the 73㎡tilting-pan rotary filter has honorably owned the second prize of advance in technology which was issued by National Ministry of Chemical Industry.
Applications::This unit is widely used in separation of phosphorous acid and phosphoric plaster in phosphoric fertilizer industry. It may also used in separation of suspension with coarse and uneven particles as in metallurgy, mineral processing, chemical industry and pharmaceuticals etc.
Main material:The parts of the unit contacting with materials are made of carbon steel, SUS304 SUS316, and SUS316L stainless steel etc according to customers’ requires, while the others are made of carbon steel, iron casting and steel casting etc.
